By downloading or using Standard GPS ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your Android devices for non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the app to: (a) commit fraud against any service that relies on location data; (b) violate the Terms of Service of any third-party app or game; (c) impersonate other users in location-based services; (d) cheat in competitive games where doing so violates community rules; (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. You assume all responsibility for how you use the app.

Third-party services

The app integrates Google AdMob (advertising, free tier only) and OpenStreetMap Nominatim (address search). Their respective terms also apply when you use those features.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed by Google Play under Google's Play Billing terms. See our Subscription Terms for cancellation, refund, and renewal details.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL WORK WITH EVERY ANDROID DEVICE OR EVERY USE CASE. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES MAY CHANGE HOW THEY HANDLE LOCATION DATA AT ANY TIME, AND THE ANDROID PLATFORM ITSELF CONTINUES TO EVOLVE; WE DO NOT GUARANTEE COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY PARTICULAR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (NT$2,990 MAXIMUM FOR LIFETIME CUSTOMERS, NT$1,788 FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS, NT$1,290 FOR YEARLY SUBSCRIBERS).

Termination

We may terminate your license for breach of these terms (e.g., abusive support requests, reverse engineering). You may terminate at any time by uninstalling and cancelling any active subscription.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
